After catching a matinee, I hurried back home to get to work. During the last bit of the weekend, I've been slaving away at finally trying to see my designs and sewing patterns
come to life.
Since then, I've hardly come up for air, let alone leave the house. Style wise, I just went with it as Theo snapped a few shots of me tethered to my sewing machine.
maxi top: All Saints / waterfall skirt: Forever21
I am a huge fan of frontal side slits a la Jessica Rabbit. That's actually the only reason I entertain waterfall skirt - so that I can wear them sideways for some drama!
I love wearing drapey, loose clothing while at home. Doesn't everybody though? But also, lounging at home can be so...luxurious and sexy!
So clothing with drape just adds to the sumptuous emotion of it all.
While I draft and re-draft, I am excited to show the semi-finished products of my labor. Really, I'm working toward a lil collection. Perhaps a Tiny Collection?? hmmm. Haha :)
Until then!
and thank you for visiting!!
girl you LOOK like an artist! I can't wait to see what you have cookin'. I have so many fabrics and drawings of pillows I want for around the house. I guess I need to make it happen.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! I love that calendar, where did you find it?????

Such an amazing idea!!! I love splits too, so wearing a waterfall skirt to the side makes SO much sense!
